David Oliver has received an AV Preeminent® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. An AV Preeminent® rating is the highest rating an attorney can receive in recognition of their legal ability, ethical behavior and overall experience in their practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings™ help buyers of legal services identify, evaluate and select the most appropriate lawyer for a specific task at hand. Lawyer ratings serve as an objective indicator that a lawyer has the highest ethical standards and professional ability and are used by buyers of legal services to justify their hiring decisions.
In addition to his AV Preeminent® peer review rating, David was also recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Rising Stars. David was previously included in Rising Stars in 2014.
David focuses his practice on general civil and commercial litigation and appeals in the areas of corporate and business disputes, contract disputes, real property litigation, probate and trust litigation, representation of creditors in bankruptcy, and community association law. David joined the McCrory Law Firm in the fall of 2012 after relocating his practice from central Florida.
