Amelinda Wuoluka
Amelinda was born in Michigan and moved to Florida in 1999. She previously worked in the medical field as a certified nursing assistant and front office supervisor for 13 years. She received her AA degree in Paralegal Studies at Keiser University, Sarasota, Florida. Amelinda joined the McCrory Law Firm in 2019 as a legal assistant for Attorney Jill McCrory.
Debbie Craven
Debbie has 40 years’ experience working as a legal assistant in Palm Beach County. She retired to Punta Gorda from West Palm Beach in 2016. After a couple of years of retirement, she missed working and interacting with professionals. Joining the McCrory Law Firm was a perfect way to fill this void! Debbie assists our attorneys in the areas of probate and trust administration. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters and two beautiful grandkids.
Dianne Ingman
Dianne was born in New Jersey but raised in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay area. She keeps busy with her three children and grandchildren and also enjoys community service activities/volunteerism, including her church, youth sports, and educational programs for Charlotte County.
Dianne is a paralegal in the Estate Planning department. She previously worked as an administrative assistant in the marine industry and also in the area of event planning and fundraising. She is one of the four original employees who started with Jill at the inception of the McCrory Law Firm in the summer of 2009.
Frances Miller
Frances began working for the McCrory Law Firm on June 1, 2012, as a Real Estate Closing Manager. She was happy to find a comfortable new home to be able to serve her longtime customers.
Frances was born in Macon, Georgia and spent the first years of her life both there and in Augusta, Georgia. Her travels have taken her from Connecticut to Florida initially following in her mother’s footsteps in pursing her love of the mortgage banking industry. She then landed in Punta Gorda and began working in the title insurance industry and discovered a new passion in life which has now been ongoing for more than 30 years. Once rooted in Punta Gorda, Frances caught the mutual attention of lifelong resident, Mark Miller. Luckily for her, he was her “UPS guy” and made a great “pick up”. They have been married since 1994. She is a Punta Gorda Isles resident and an avid fisher-lady. She spends most of her time with Mark and friends fishing and boating.
Lauren Tacy
Lauren Tacy was born and raised in Keene, New Hampshire and made her way to Florida in 2015. She is a current college student at Rasmussen University and is working to earn her Bachelor’s in Business Management. She started working at McCrory Law Firm in 2020.
Melissa Levine
Melissa is a Florida Registered Paralegal who assists Attorneys Phyllis A. Walker and Caitlyn R. S. Waksler. Melissa moved to Punta Gorda from Denver and has over 30 years of legal experience. She has assisted attorneys practicing in several areas of law, including workers’ compensation, insurance defense, corporate law, civil litigation, criminal law, personal injury, family & marital law, and probate & trust administration. She holds an AA degree in Education/Psychology.
Susan Johnson
Susan has over 35 years of experience as a Legal Assistant. Susan was born in New York City. While in New York, Susan worked at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett for approximately 17 years as a Legal Assistant to Corporate Partners and Corporate Associates. Upon moving to Florida in 2003, Susan worked at the law firm of Abel Band in Sarasota. In 2005, Susan started working with Geri Waksler at the law firm of Moore and Waksler, in Punta Gorda and has continued to work with Geri ever since. Susan and her husband, Eric, have a daughter, Ashley.
Terri Huff
A Maryland native, Terri moved to Florida in 2004 and began working as an administrative secretary in a large law firm. She has held several different administrative positions and began at the McCrory Law Firm in 2015. Terri is the receptionist/secretary. You may hear her southern voice when calling the firm.
Tara Collins
Tara Collins is a lifelong resident of Arcadia Fl. She previously worked in the banking field and in 2012 got her Legal Secretary Certificate from Florida Gulf Coast University. As a legal assistant she has worked for a couple different attorneys and joined McCrory Law Firm in January 2021. Tara enjoys spending time with her fiancé Erik and 2 sons. They enjoy traveling and being out on their boat.
