Taxation is a broad area of the law that impacts all of the firm’s practice areas.  Whether the transaction involves a transfer of money or property due to a death, marriage, birth or other significant life; a settlement in litigation or mediation; a business sale, merger, formation;  a real estate transaction; or a family law matter, the firm us able to address tax ramifications in every instance.  The firm has two attorneys with LL.M in Taxation.  The LL. M. in Taxation is an additional degree earned after completion of law school which focuses on tax law consequences and planning alternatives for individuals and businesses.
