Taxation is a broad area of the law that impacts all of the firm’s practice areas. We handle transactions - not tax controversy with the IRS or tax return preparation. Attorney Jill McCrory holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. The LL.M.T. is an additional one-year degree earned after completion of law school which focuses on tax law consequences and planning alternatives for families, individuals and businesses.
